Neil Sosler

Partner & Senior Advisor

You might not expect an Art History major and Division I collegiate athlete to pursue a career in investment banking or as a financial advisor. However, Neil’s venture into finance was as smooth as his backhand. He has spent the past two decades honing the investment counsel on which his clients rely.

Prior to joining Singer Xenos, Neil was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co., in New York, where he specialized in leveraged finance.  He also worked for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where his team managed leveraged loans and high yield bonds. Neil joined Singer Xenos in 2003 and quickly was promoted to Partner and Senior Advisor in 2008.

In addition to his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College, Neil earned his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Miami. Neil is the immediate past chairman of the Young Philanthropists of Baptist Health, and now serves on the Baptist Health MCVI Council. He is a member of the Leadership Committee of Lafayette College, and an alumni admissions representative for South Florida.

As a Certified Financial Planner™ and member of SX’s Investment Committee and Marketing Committee, Neil enjoys helping clients grow their assets, providing advice on key financial decisions and ensuring clients reach their financial goals.

Neil lives in Pinecrest with his wife, a neuropsychologist, and their two children. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
